Welcome to 175 Barone Place, a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo tucked inside Cross Creek, one of Buckhead’s most distinctive gated communities. Surrounded by mature trees, rolling greens and beautifully maintained grounds, Cross Creek offers something increasingly hard to find in the city—a peaceful, established residential setting with an impressive collection of amenities right outside your door.
Inside, one of the most noticeable improvements is overhead: all of the original popcorn ceilings have been professionally removed throughout the entire condo, an approximately $4,000 improvement that gives the home a cleaner, smoother and much more updated appearance. It is an upgrade that makes a significant difference in a community where many condos still retain their original textured ceilings. The home also features luxury vinyl plank hardwood flooring and two updated bathrooms, offering a great foundation for a buyer to move in and continue personalizing the space.
The real standout, however, is the Cross Creek lifestyle. Set across approximately 122 wooded acres, the community offers an 18-hole par-three golf course, three swimming pools, tennis facilities, four pickleball courts, fitness options and 24-hour gate attendants. HOA dues also cover water and sewer, exterior maintenance, landscaping, trash service and recreational maintenance.
Even better, you don't have to leave the gates for dinner or a round of golf. Cross Creek Cafe overlooks the golf course and pond and offers lunch and dinner with indoor and covered-deck seating. The golf course, clubhouse, pools and recreational amenities create a setting where you can walk from home to dinner, meet friends for a drink, play a round of golf, hit the tennis or pickleball courts, or spend an afternoon at the pool—all without leaving the community.
Outside the gates, Cross Creek sits on Buckhead's west side with convenient access to I-75, Midtown, West Midtown and Buckhead shopping and dining. Nearby recreation includes Bobby Jones Golf Course and Atlanta Memorial Park, while The Works on the Upper Westside, Buckhead Village and the Atlanta History Center are just a short drive away.
If you've been looking for a low-maintenance Atlanta home where golf, swimming, tennis, pickleball and dining are part of the neighborhood rather than something you have to drive to, 175 Barone Place offers a lifestyle that's difficult to duplicate at this price point.
