Exceptional 26.12-Acre Development Opportunity in Covington
ATTENTION BUILDERS, DEVELOPERS, INVESTORS AND LAND BUYERS! Don’t miss this rare opportunity to secure approximately 26.12 acres with access to county water and sewer in one of Newton County’s fastest-growing areas. County water and sewer access is a significant advantage that adds tremendous value and expands the possibilities for future development.
Whether your vision includes a residential community, private estate, multigenerational homestead, shared family property or long-term investment, this substantial tract offers the acreage, location and flexibility to bring that vision to life.
New residential communities are already being developed throughout the surrounding area, and major commercial investment continues nearby. Covington Town Center, conveniently located off Alcovy Road near Interstate 20, already features Publix, restaurants, hotels, housing and additional businesses. A new 128,500-square-foot Target has also been announced as an anchor for the development—the largest newly built Target in metro Atlanta in more than a decade. This continued residential and commercial growth further strengthens the area’s appeal and long-term investment potential.
The property is conveniently located near shopping, dining, schools, medical facilities and Interstate 20, with easy access to both Covington and Conyers. Covington offers the desirable combination of small-town character, growing economic opportunities and accessibility to metro Atlanta.
The assemblage consists of four parcels totaling approximately 26.12 acres:
* Parcel 0012000000018000 — 2.65 acres
* Parcel 0012000000019000 — 13.15 acres
* Parcel 0012000000020000 — 4.32 acres
* Parcel 0012000000016000 — 6.00 acres
The first three parcels, associated with 291 Hinton Circle, are owned by one property owner. The adjoining 6-acre parcel, associated with 164 Womack Road, is separately owned. Combining the properties creates a larger, more valuable tract with greater acreage, county water and sewer access, and expanded development potential.
Large tracts of this size with access to county water and sewer are becoming increasingly difficult to find in this rapidly growing corridor. Create your own vision—but don’t delay. Opportunities like this do not come along often! Schedule your private showing today.
All acreage figures are approximate. Buyers and buyers’ agents should independently verify acreage, boundaries, zoning, future land use, road frontage, county water and sewer availability, capacity, connection locations and connection requirements, soil suitability, development requirements and intended use with the appropriate governmental authorities. Properties are owned by two separate owners and will require separate agreements unless otherwise arranged.
