Price improved to $470,000. Live on the water every day, not just on weekends. This three-level lakefront home on Norris Lake is built around its showpiece: a private covered dock with a boat lift and an expansive rooftop deck right above the water. It is the kind of deck where the day starts with coffee and ends with friends, music, and the sunset over the lake, with the boat waiting just below. Each level has its own bedroom, full bathroom, and terrace facing the lake, so every guest gets a view and a little privacy. The owner's suite opens to its own terrace with wide water views and a jetted tub. Inside, a gas-log fireplace, stone countertops, and a screened porch keep the lake close in every season, and the daylight terrace level has its own exterior entry. Both HVAC systems were installed in 2020. Buy with confidence: a pre-listing home inspection is already done, the full report is available before you write an offer, and a one-year home warranty conveys. Short-term rentals are permitted, so the home works as a full-time residence, a weekend retreat, or an income property. Norris Lake offers resort-style amenities including a private 90+ acre lake, beach area, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks, tennis courts, boat access, and an active social community, all conveniently located near shopping, dining, Stone Mountain, and Downtown Atlanta.
