Cornerstone Village Information

There are four unique buildings within the Cornerstone Village complex. One of them is a historic building (called the “Manor House”) which is currently listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was built in 1923 by a famous architect named Neil Reid. There are around 40 one-bedroom condos in this building.  

Next up, we have the Landmark Building. This building was converted from an office building an maintains many architectural features that were present prior to its conversion into condos. This includes the buildings’ original exposed brick walls, factory-style windows, and high ceilings. These elements create an industrial and rustic aesthetic, something that is rarely found in Atlanta condos. There are approximately 115 one and two-bedroom condos here.

Lastly, we have two contemporary buildings that are named The Gallery. These are the newest buildings in the complex, having been constructed around 2001. The condos here are “faux-loft” with high ceilings and exposed ducts. In total, there are 160 units spread across the two buildings.

When browsing Cornerstone Village condos for sale, It’s important to be aware of what specific building the unit is located in. All four of these buildings are located at the same mailing address. While all of the buildings share the same amenities, the interior style of units can vary widely by building.

One awesome feature of Cornerstone Village is that the North Avenue MARTA Station is only half a mile away, or around a ten-minute walk.
