Glen Iris Lofts is actually a community of two buildings. The Phase I building was built in 1920 and converted into lofts in 2000. This building is located directly at the street level of Glen Iris Drive. Phase II was built from the ground up in 2001 and is located directly behind Phase 1, a couple hundred feet back from street level. There isn’t a big difference between the two buildings, as both have similar pricing and floor plans.
